The world of work is indeed changing and the great resignation is a symptom of larger changes in sentiment, priority, and expectations of work. Hanns noted, however, that companies around the world are taking note, specifically mentioning the awe-inspiring movement of Allianz der Chancen.
We are seeing a certain openness among our customers to look beyond company borders in terms of enabling career mobility. There is a really great initiative right now called Allianz der Chancen, a joining of 26 of Germany's large enterprises, which is working to show their employees job opportunities in the other partner companies.
