Recruiting freezes, skill gaps, and employee expectations: HR departments everywhere are trying to figure out how to adjust to the rapidly-changing working world. Our CEO Hanns Aderhold sat down with podcast host Dr. Lukas Kagerbauer to share his perspective on what companies need to address new challenges and how Cobrainer’s skill platform can help.

Hanns also talked about the need for more internal mobility within companies, allowing employees to follow flexible career paths and develop their skillset. People who move around within a company statistically stay with their employers longer than those with a more static career path. 


"We see that as our calling: Giving employees the courage to jump from one department to another… That will happen much more often in the future."
