Born in Aarau, Switzerland and having grown up in Munich, Genti is optimistic and people-oriented by nature. She trained as a tax clerk before studying business psychology. She brings over 5 years of experience in the HR field as well as several other departments. Her goal is to bring people together, unleash talent, support teams and create greatness.
As a people person and an avid list maker, Carlotta started her career in the hotel and gastronomy industry, where she developed skills that make her a great fit for her role as our office manager. Her workdays are busy creating the best possible work environment at Cobrainer. Her hobbies include all kinds of activities— yoga, hiking and climbing to name a few—but her real love is food.
Hailing from Chicago, home of the delicious deep dish pizza, Gail loves tinkering with words to create unique marketing content of all kinds. She believes in simple, down-to-earth communication and has experience writing for several top brands. Storytelling and brand language development make her happy. When her nose isn’t buried in a book, she can be found swimming or playing roller derby in her free time.
As a content and marketing allrounder, Leonie is always looking for the best story to tell. The graduate online editor and experienced video journalist told stories for the fashion industry and the content team for the Munich-based SaaS startup Personio. She loves good food and discovering new places. For Cobrainer, she creates unique and inspiring social media content and marketing campaigns for all communication channels.
Born & raised in cowboy country - Wyoming, USA - Josh loves creative thinking, designing and getting marketing stuff done. He enjoys the occasional honky tonk song, but in his heart is a real international. He collected experience in marketing and communications at several startups in the DACH region. Considering himself a “Linguino” Josh is interested in languages. While the terms bike, hike, run and swim round out his hobbies
With a 6-year track record at Free Now, Nadine brings her experience as Hospitality Team lead to Cobrainer, to take up the reins as Personal Assistant to our CSO. Her love of pasta is unrivaled, her ideal vacation is on a beach and she holds a strong passion for family and friends. She started her career as an office administrator for the German Ski Association, despite having not once stood on skis herself.
With more than a decade of sales experience, including heading up the Central Europe region for Free Now, Tim delivers the message of remarkable careers as Cobrainer's sales aficionado. He loves to negotiate and has a competitive drive to win. An enthusiastic tennis player, Tim is a real people-person, music lover and enjoys spending time with his family!
Arbia has spent her entire career in international and interdisciplinary teams—good thing she speaks five languages! She uses her impressive communication skills to manage projects on the technical side of sales, making sure that responsibilities are defined, schedules are met and solid procedures are in place. In other words: Arbia is master of the house. Outside of work, she enjoys combat sports and being with friends and family.
With a passion for learning new topics, Torsten loves challenges. For Cobrainer, the technology fan with years of sales experience takes on responsibility of all technical matters during the sales process and ensures that customer requirements are optimally mastered. In his free time, the family man enjoys his other passion of cooking, barbecuing with friends and testing out new photo equipment.
As a tech guy, Florian likes to be involved in the entire sales process until implementation. A self-described generalist, his experience spans from dubbing engineer to presales for buy now, pay later solutions. Florian has Alexa devices set up in every room of his apartment, but his interests don’t stop with tech. He also enjoys maintaining his two saltwater aquariums and baking his own delicious sourdough bread.
Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, Dennis has always shown an interest in sales, from retail to mobile SaaS, only later moving to Hamburg, Germany to study International Business. His passion for the trade has only grown with time, as he built up expertise in key accounts and partnerships and by seeing positive impact of his actions on people's lives. As a tried and true traveler, Dennis craves sunny weather, delicious foods, and great friends.
From number crunching to process development, Michel provides insights on how the Sales team can grow and develop. In other words: He constantly questions the status quo and makes sure we’re never bored. He mastered a lot of the skills he needs for his job during his experience working for large corporations. Michel is the guy to go to if you want a laugh—he’s a goofball at heart and always has a silly joke to tell.
Hanns grew up in the US, Germany, and China. He studied architectural engineering and design at Technische Universität München, led engineering projects both in the EMEA and APAC region, and worked as an analyst in the venture capital field. Hanns is the managing director of Cobrainer.
Sascha has worn many hats in his career, giving him a unique set of skills as a leader and our CTO. Before joining us, he oversaw international teams as an IT consultant, took on tech, product management and ownership roles at ProSiebenSAT1, founded his own company and served as VP Engineering at Joyn. Sascha is a big believer in empowering people to follow their true calling and makes sure our product reflects our values.
As the mastermind of creative and strategic communications, Julian embodies the very definition of a remarkable career. Early on, he pivoted from linguistics and physics into the world of marketing. With no discipline untouched, Julian's marketing experience inspires. Over 6 years, he propelled tech startup Celonis into the stratosphere with Celosphere, earning numerous accolades and double-digit billion dollar valuation.
As a passionate salesman of 17 years, Saša has made it his mission to tell the stories of great solutions. With 14 years in sales leadership, he will take to the road to tell the world of new possibilities in HR and empower employees with true career confidence. This traveling and tennis fanatic with roots in Croatia and Serbia is a real international and no joke, even sneaked on stage once with the Backstreet Boys!
Fast-thinking, fast-talking facilitator of HR, Marc has shaped peopled roles for over 15 years. A true people person, his authentic and empathetic demeanor makes him a trusted HR figure among both company and team. With a philosophy that professionalism and fun are not mutually exclusive, his pragmatic, results-oriented approach means Marc gets it done with great effect. The father of two and a dog spends his free time watching sports and relaxing.
Sarath has been an active researcher in the fields of knowledge acquisition, crowdsourcing and gamification. Prior to Cobrainer, he obtained his PhD from the Databases and Information Systems group at Max Planck Institute for Informatics, Saarbrücken, Germany. Sarath takes immense interest in building systems for big data processing and analytics. Sarath is Cobrainer’s head of knowledge.
