Summer Release 2026
The Personal Agent, Comments, and the new Dashboard help teams edit roles faster, keep feedback in context, and see progress at a glance.
The big picture
Watch the Announcement
Organizations have AI models, enterprise systems, and data, but they still lack the structured work data that defines skills, tasks, and roles. This release helps build that foundation faster, with the whole organization invited to contribute.
I The Agent
Your Personal Agent, now in the job architecture workspace.
The agent is now available in beta. It helps teams edit job roles and job levels faster with industry knowledge and company context, without leaving the review flow.
Context-aware guidance
Ask questions about a job profile, role boundary, skill, task, or review decision and get support tied to the selected architecture object.
Controlled edits
Use the Agent to understand, compare, and improve role content while keeping proposed changes reviewable and governed.
II Commenting
Review work together, right where role content lives.
Leave comments on skills, descriptions, tasks, qualifications, and other role content so teams can review changes together, reply in context, and resolve threads once feedback is addressed.
Comment, reply, resolve
Add comments directly in context, reply to team members, and mark threads as resolved once the feedback has been addressed.
Comments as context
Select comments during regeneration so AI can turn team feedback into the next version while resolved comments stay out of the regeneration.
Capture what changed
Add version comments to explain intent without mixing review context into the governed role content itself.
III Dashboard
A control room for job architecture progress.
The new dashboard shows where the current job architecture stands at a glance: job roles, reviewer assignments, status, and recent changes.
See what still needs work
Get an overview of job architecture progress, what has already been completed, and what still needs attention before publication.
Review workstreams
Job architects can see which roles still need assigning, while reviewers immediately see the roles waiting for their review.
Notifications
Use the notification tab to keep up with new assignments, review updates, and the latest activity across the architecture.
