Where in SAP SuccessFactors does the data actually end up?
In SAP SuccessFactors, Cobrainer data ends up in two main places and is then used across modules.
- Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
Skills, competencies and tags are created as TIH Attributes and/or as TIH Tags. These live in the TIH Attribute and Tag Library and become your central skill/competency source of truth. - Job Profile Builder (JPB)
Job Families and Job Roles/Profiles are created or updated in JPB. Cobrainer provides the Role content and pushes the mappings to the relevant skills/competencies, respecting JPB limits and templates.
How it’s used afterward: Recruiting, Growth Portfolio, Learning, Opportunity Marketplace, Performance & Goals, and Career Dev/Succession all consume the same TIH and JPB objects, so the skills, competencies, and role profiles you see are the Cobrainer-enriched ones across the suite .
When will our data be synced to SAP SuccessFactors?
After your data is verified, we kick off the SAP BTP Integration Suite sync on the schedule you set . The integration then delivers the updates into SuccessFactors’ Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profile Builder . Your cadence is fully configurable (usually on a nightly basis) and can also be triggered on demand in special cases.
Which systems are involved in the SAP SuccessFactors sync?
After verification in Cobrainer, we utilize the SAP BTP Integration Suite to run our dedicated partner integration flows. These flows import the approved data into SuccessFactors. This ensures a single, consistent skills and job architecture that SAP SuccessFactors and other downstream systems consume across their modules.
How long does it take to setup the Integration to SuccessFactors?
The setup of the Integration can easily be completed within a single day. The more time consuming parts are often customer security/data protection processes that need to be completed before a new Integration is allowed to connect to their SAP SuccessFactors Tenants.
